SHIPPING

• Orders over $60 ships free to USA and UK (Besides Guam/Alaska/Hawaii of USA. Any other places, we’ll double check)

• While we try our best to make note of imperfections, please carefully review ALL Crystals on live or pictures on IG to determine condition of stones.

• Website shipping time will be around 10-14 days. Tracking information will be available 2-3 days after shipment.

• The shipping time of TikTok USA shop depends on your location.

CRYSTALS

• All items listed in our live stream are natural stones that can vary due to lighting. All photos posted are unedited.

• Our Live stream is setting in a bright, full-sun room or with a ring light on natural setting. Color /texture /level of sparkle may vary in YOUR home. So does the original photos we send.

• Heat, humidity, chemicals, and sunlight can affect natural earth materials. Research proper storage and care for your specific material, as UV light can directly impact colors, like Purple Amethyst. Proper care ensures a full experience.

• Please review ALL items and take a screenshot after to purchasing.

CLAIMED BASKETS

• We're happy to hold your basket for up to 2 full days (1 day=24 Hrs)

If you need more time, please send a message to our customer service email and we'll consider special requests for 1-2 week holds on a case-by-case basis, without firm guarantee of it not getting lost or misplaced.

Please note that unclaimed baskets will be considered 'passed on' and forfeited, but we're here to offer great service to help pick replacements, with daily new arrivals, in our Live Stream.

DEPOSIT BASKETS

• “Deposit basket” situations are held for ONE (1) week, after half of the total is paid (example: A 100$ baskets deposit is 50$).

(Inquiries for longer time exemptions must be cleared with Customer Service, Via Email).

• Deserted “Deposit Baskets” will result in a forfeited, or “Passed” Deposit Basket, and your deposit will be refunded. (On rare occasions, We will reserve the right to apply a forewarned, fair, Re-stocking fee, where applicable)

• No more than 2 payments will be allowed on one “Deposit Basket” situation.
